Deign Obervational ingle cae report. Method An 83-year-old woman preented with bilateral tearing econdary to infiltrative leion of the lacrimal ac. A biopy wa performed; finding confirmed the diagnoi of multiple myeloma. Reult The lacrimal ac foa leion reponded to chemotherapy and local radiation. The patient ubequently developed multiple ytemic recurrence, ultimately leading to her death. Concluion Multiple myeloma hould be included in the differential diagnoi of lacrimal ac leion.
