Natural Coure of Ocular Function in Pigmented Paravenou Retinochoroidal Atrophy

Purpoe To etimate mean rate of change of ocular function in patient with pigmented paravenou retinochoroidal atrophy (PPRCA). Deign Retropective obervational cae erie. Method Fifteen patient aged 8 to 67 year with PPRCA were followed for 3 to 35 year (average follow-up time, 13 year) with meaure of viual acuity, viual field area, and full-field electroretinogram amplitude. Mean annual exponential rate of change were quantified by repeated meaure longitudinal regreion. Reult Etimated mean annual rate of change were −2.0% for viual acuity, +0.3% for viual field area, and −3.4% and −6.7% for 0.5 Hz and 30 Hz electroretinogram amplitude, repectively. Concluion Patient with PPRCA have a lowly progreive dieae with repect to the lo of peripheral viion.
