Purpoe To report a cae of horizontal diplopia after a four-lid blepharoplaty. Deign Obervational and interventional cae report. Method Analyi of the hitory and management of a 64-year-old man who underwent a four-lid blepharoplaty, after which he developed horizontal diplopia. Reult The patient wa found to have a retrictive eotropia. He underwent a receion of the left medial rectu on an adjutable uture, with recurrence of the ame pattern of diplopia one month after urgery. Concluion The involvement of the extraocular mucle a a complication of blepharoplaty i uncommon, but when it i preent, it may be very difficult to treat.
