Abstract :
Purpoe To decribe a patient with clinically documented autoomal dominant vitreoretinochoroidopathy who ha had 11 year of progreion from initial decription and now demontrate evidence of central cone dyfunction. Deign Cae report. Method The patient i a member of a pedigree decribed in the literature. Thi i a cae report format that follow tandard clinical tudie. Reult The patient had normal full field electroretinography reult but focally reduced multifocal electroretinography reult and evidence of macular atrophy on optical coherence tomography. Concluion Autoomal dominant vitreoretinochoroidopathy may reult in central cone dyfunction becaue of macular atrophy late in the coure of the dieae, although electroretinography and viual field remain table over extended follow-up period.
