Aociation Between everity of Inflammation in CN and Development of unet Glow Fundu in Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada Dieae

Purpoe To invetigate the aociation between central nervou ytem (CN) inflammation at dieae onet and the appearance of unet glow fundu (GF) in Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) dieae. Deign Retropective cae erie. Method Chart of 102 patient with VKH dieae followed from from initial onet were reviewed. The frequency of cerebropinal fluid (CF) pleocytoi and the number of cell in the CF were compared among the patient who eventually developed GF and the patient who had not developed GF a of final follow-up. Reult GF wa oberved in 69 (67.6%) of 102 patient. The frequency of CF pleocytoi wa 77 (82.7%) of 93 patient examined. The frequency of CF pleocytoi and the number of cell in CF were ignificantly higher in patient who eventually developed GF (both P = .0029). Concluion evere inflammatory repone in CN ite at dieae onet may influence the development of GF in VKH dieae.
