Intracameral Bevacizumab for Iri Rubeoi

Purpoe To determine whether intracameral bevacizumab decreae vacular leakage from iri rubeoi in patient with neovacular glaucoma. Deign Interventional cae erie. Method The tudy included ix eye of three patient with econdary neovacular glaucoma due to proliferative diabetic retinopathy (n = 2) or ichemic central retinal vein occluion (n = 1). All patient received an intracameral injection of 1.0 mg bevacizumab. Morphologic change and vacular leakage were invetigated propectively by iri fluorecein angiography. Reult Decreae in leakage wa detected a early a one day after injection. No inflammation wa oberved. No relape wa een within the follow-up of four week. Concluion Intraocular injection of bevacizumab may provide an additional trategy for the treatment of iri rubeoi in neovacular glaucoma.
