Method The corneal ulcer i cleaned and the component of fibrin glue are applied eparately. Amniotic membrane are rotated through the fibrinogen component and ubequently into the ite of the ulceration where thrombin i already applied. An overlay membrane i utured additionally on top. The reult for one patient are illutrated a an example. Reult The application technique prevent development of foam and lead to a thin fibrin film, which minimize any irregularitie of the fixed membrane and create extra time to adjut the membrane’ poition. Concluion Thi method preent a an effective procedure for the treatment of terile corneal ulceration and create valuable time if any elective corneal graft procedure i required.
