Topical Cycloporine-A Combined With Mitomycin C For Conjunctival and Corneal quamou Cell Carcinoma

Purpoe To determine the efficiency of topical cycloporine-A (CA) combined with mitomycin C (MMC) a an adjunctive treatment in diffue conjunctival and corneal quamou cell carcinoma (CCC). Deign Interventional cae report. Method Two patient who had poitive margin following urgical exciion of CCC were treated by topical CA (0.05%) four time a day for 12 week, and topical MMC (0.01%) four time a day wa combined with CA at the econd, fourth, and ixth week of the treatment. We controlled the tumor recurrence, viion, and ocular urface healing during the follow-up. Reult There wa no tumor recurrence during the follow up of 18 month. Limbal vacularization regreed coniderably and the viion improved without any ocular urface problem in both patient. Concluion A an adjunctive treatment, topical CA (0.05%) combined with MMC (0.01%), may prevent tumor recurrence and provide excellent ocular urface healing in diffue CCC.
