Abstract :
Purpoe
To preent two patient in whom photophobia wa a predominant preenting ymptom of retrochiamal demyelination.
Deign
Obervational cae report.

Reult
Examination revealed a homonymou viual field defect in both patient. Magnetic reonance imaging (MRI) demontrated a hyperintene leion in the area of the right poterior thalamu in one patient and enhancing leion in the deep white matter of the temporal lobe bilaterally with contrat enhancement of the right optic tract in the econd patient. Additional invetigation, including leion biopy in the firt patient, revealed demyelination a the mot likely etiology. Improvement of photophobia, viual field defect, and radiographic abnormalitie wa documented over the next three to four month without accompanying treatment in both patient.
Concluion
