Diffue Unilateral ubacute Neuroretiniti With Unuual Finding

Purpoe To report two cae of diffue unilateral ubacute neuroretiniti (DUN) with unuual finding. Deign Obervational and interventional cae erie. Method Two patient with DUN were found to have the unuual finding of a large live worm in one eye and macular cyt in the other. Both patient underwent fundu fluorecein angiography and optical coherence tomography. Reult Photocoagulation to the worm wa performed in one patient; the other received a coure of oral albendazole. Both remained table over ix month of follow-up. Concluion We report a cae of DUN due to a worm, the large ize of which ugget it to be different from the uual reported cauative agent. We alo report macular cyt a an aociated finding in DUN.
