Deign Propective interventional cae erie. Method We treated 10 patient (10 eye) with medically uncontrollable chronic angle-cloure glaucoma by gonioynechialyi and another 10 eye with open-angle glaucoma by trabeculotomy ab externo (TLO). The 20 patient were divided randomly into two equal group and underwent operation with the double-mirror goniolen or JG intrument. Reult There were no intraoperative complication, irrepective of the procedure or intrument that wa ued. Patient in the JG group were required to tilt the head at a >30-degree angle to facilitate obervation and manipulation of the quadrant. On the other hand, all tructure could be oberved and manipulated without head-tilting in the double-mirror goniolen group. Concluion The double-mirror goniolen with dual viewing ytem i more uitable than the conventional JG for goniourgery. Article Outline Reference
