Purpoe To determine lit-canning topographic (T) pattern of eye with vernal keratoconjunctiviti (VKC) and to detect the incidence of keratoconu in thi population when compared with a healthy control group. Deign Cro-ectional tudy. Method A total of 104 patient, 50 eye with VKC and 54 normal eye, were included in thi tudy. A comparion wa performed between the two group on the bai of T data. Ditribution curve were etablihed for anterior and poterior elevation peak, and for the pachymetric index. Reult Anterior and poterior elevation peak, elevation color pattern, central curvature, thinnet pachymetry, and pachymetric index differed ignificantly between VKC and control group (P < .05). Ditribution curve have alo hown abnormal pattern in VKC. ignificant correlation were found between elevation peak and pachymetric index (P < .001), and exponential curve were plotted. A higher frequency of keratoconu wa found in the VKC group (P < .01). Concluion Patient with VKC have more abnormal corneal T pattern than control. T abnormal finding may alert u for the rik of keratoconu in thi population.
