emiautomated Analyi of Retinal Veel Diameter in Retinopathy of Prematurity Patient With and Without Plu Dieae

Purpoe To determine the feaibility of uing emiautomated analyi of digital fundu image to quantify the difference in retinal vacular diameter between retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) patient with and without plu dieae. Deign Cae-control tudy. Method Thirty eye of 15 patient with ROP were included in thi tudy. Fourteen eye of even patient had plu dieae and 16 eye of eight patient had no evidence of plu dieae. Digital fundu image were captured uing an NM200D (Nidek, Inc, Aichi, Japan) camera. Veel diameter were determined uing VeelMap oftware (Imedo, Jena, Germany). The tudent t tet analyi wa ued to compare diameter of veel with and without plu dieae. Reult We found that the average venou diameter i ignificantly larger by 15% in the group with plu dieae. Concluion VeelMap analyi of digital image i feaible. Thi method i able to ditinguih between vein with and without plu dieae, and may be ueful in telemedicine creening trategie.
