Purpoe To report the clinicopathologic finding in patient with optic nerve heath hemangiopericytoma. Deign Clinicopathologic report. Method The clinical, hitologic, and immunohitochemical finding of a patient with optic nerve heath hemangiopericytoma were reviewed. Reult An exciional biopy of an optic nerve heath tumor from a 35-year-old woman howed a taghorn vacular pattern coniting of CD34-poitive tumor cell. Concluion Hemangiopericytoma may occur rarely in the optic nerve heath.
