Meaurement of Greatet Linear Diameter for Choroidal Neovacular Membrane Uing Optical Coherence Tomography

Purpoe Correlation of greatet linear diameter (GLD) of choroidal neovacularization (CNV) meaured by fundu fluorecein angiography (FA) with optical coherence tomography (OCT). Deign Retropective noninterventional obervational cae erie. Method Patient who underwent verteporfin therapy for ubfoveal claic CNV were aeed. GLD of CNV wa calculated manually from mean of 6 line can. GLD meaured on OCT and FA wa correlated by aeing the agreement of the two technique by intercla correlation and Bland and Altman technique. Reult Twenty-even eye of 27 patient with ubfoveal claic CNV were included. The mean age wa 49.3 ± 18.6 year. The mean GLD calculated on FA wa 1973.3 μm and OCT wa 2024.2 μm. ubtantial agreement wa oberved between GLD meaured on FA and OCT (Inter-Cla Correlation [ICC] = 0.77%; 95% confidence interval, 0.56 to 0.89). Concluion GLD meaured on OCT correlate to FA meaurement. Thi method could be beneficial where FA i contraindicated while contemplating photodynamic therapy (PDT).
