Purpoe To report long-term ucce of urgical correction of expoed glaucoma drainage device (GDD) tube with a commercially available tube extender. Deign Obervational cae erie. Method Chart review of urgical correction for GDD tube expoure by rerouting the tube uing the New World Medical Tube Extender (NWMTE; New World Medical, Rancho Cucamonga, California, UA). Reult urgical reviion of GDD tube expoure with the NWMTE controlled intraocular preure without repeat expoure up to three year after urgery. Concluion A tube extender can provide long-term correction of an expoed GDD tube by bypaing weakened tiue, thu avoiding or delaying a econd implant urgery.
