Method We performed a vitreou biopy in a 67-year-old woman who preented with blurred viion and vitreou cellular infiltration. Morphologic, immunohitochemical, flow cytometry, and molecular analyi by polymerae chain reaction of vitreou fluid, peripheral blood, bone marrow apirate, and biopy were performed. Reult Cytofluorographic and molecular analyi of vitreou cell demontrated a monoclonal T-cell population conitent with a T-cell intraocular lymphoma. ytemic evaluation etablihed diagnoi of T-cell CLL.
