Abstract :
A 41-year-old mother with a twin pregnancy had disabling hyperventilation with severe nocturnal symptoms at 25 weeksʹ gestation. The nocturnal attacks were relieved with nasal continuous positive airway pressure, which she successfully used throughout the rest of the pregnancy. Nasal continuous positive airway pressure could be an option to control severe pregnancy-induced hyperventilation.
