Septic shock in pregnancy associated with legionella pneumonia: Case report, ,

We report the first case of legionella infection in pregnancy complicated by sepsis and hemodynamic compromise. Legionnairesʹ disease is rarely found in pregnancy, possibly because subacute infections may often be overlooked and empiric therapy of pneumonia in pregnancy may be curative without definitive etiologic diagnosis.
