Pregnancy complicated by congenital hepatic fibrosis with cavernous transformation of the portal vein: A case report, ,

A 24-year-old primigravid woman with congenital hepatic fibrosis associated with cavernous transformation of the portal vein is described. Although the neonate could not survive because of the ileal atresia, the pregnancy and delivery did not pose a significant threat to the mother. (Am J Obstet Gynecol 1997;177:459-61.)
