Visual Cryptography for Color Image using Color Error Di usion

In this paper, a new Visual cryptography scheme for color image is proposed. Our scheme uses color er- ror di_usion for dithering technique which reduces the color sets that renders the halftone image and chooses the color whose brightness variation is min- imal. Compared to other V CS schemes that uses dif- ferent dithering techniques our scheme produces less distortion and the size of the decrypted image is same as the original image. The experimental results also demonstrate the same.
