Abstract :
The beneficial effects of spraying the antioxidants Ascobine at (0.1%, 0.2% and 0.4%) or Citrine at (0.3%, 0.6% and 0.9%) on yield as well as physical and chemical properties of fruit quality for four mango cultivars namely Zebda, Awase, Alphonso and Taimour, were studied during 2008 and 2009 seasons. Results cleared that spraying low level of either Ascobine (0. 1%) or Citrine (0.3%) for three times started at the first week of March with monthly intervals, substantially improved the yield and fruit quality for the four mango cultivars and suggested to be most promotive for fairly quality in tested cultivars. Where, increasing antioxidant concentrations had meaningless effect on all studied characters.
