Abstract :
In this paper volt-ampere characteristics and
electroconductivity of the composites on the basis of
silicon and polivinildenftoryde have been investigated.
Values of concentration of the ionized centres, length of
free run of charge carriers, value of coefficient of Frenkel,
and also the form of potential holes have been defined.
