Prompt System Redesign: Shifting to Open Source Technology to Satisfy User Requirements

The paper describes a redesign project undertaken in a short period to adapt a software system to user needs. Additional goals of the project included a shift to Open Source software and the selection of technology to enable sustainable system development.
