Abstract
The article discusses a concept of development of telemedicine in the Republic of Moldova that determines the role and place of telemedicine in the structure of health services and sets priority development directions, considering the processes of development of the Republic of Moldova and its objective of integration with the European Union.In the article we refer to telemedicine as to the use of information technology to deliver medical services and information from one location to another
