Movement is not only moving from one place to another, but also it can be internal and show internal nature of subject matter of artistic images. Arab poets have paid attention to both. Such Imageries are considerable in Akhtal poetry. He has been able to manifest all human, animal and natural movements in his poetry, to portray different aspects of man such as tranquility and flight, war and peace, his being impressed by emotions and affections, which govern him. He also pays attention to horse, camel, birds, moon, cloud and rain. Present article has a look at those artistic images through which Akhtal has been able to reveal movement and its manifestations in human society.
