Abstract :
Farm Mechanization course (AMS 3043) is an introductory course in power and machinery management and the studentʹs first exposure to Agricultural engineering after finishing their extra-departmental course load in Faculty of Agriculture and Biotechnology, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin, Malaysia. This paper introduces the work that had been done by the student to fulfil their assignment in AMS 3043 using LEGO Mind storms or Robotic LEGO Harvester. It is a series of kits contain software and hardware to create small, customizable and programmable robots. Software is includes a light sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, a sound sensor, three lamps and a pair of touch sensors. They include a programmable computer that controls the system, a set of modular sensors and motors, and LEGO parts from that Techniques line to create the mechanical systems.
