Abstract :
Tazraj region is located in 245 kilometers of Kerman. The study zone is located in central Iran. Sub-Surface Horizon rocks in the study area in mineralogy and geochemical features are classified in dacite, andesite, ryodacite and traciandesite groups. The main minerals of them include plagioclase, alkaline feldspar, amphibole, biotite and quartz (sometimes). Main oxides including MgO, Al2O3, Na2O, K2O, CaO, FeO and Si2O.They are Si2O > 65%, Na2O Top (3.5-7.5%) and have high Sr (400-800 ppm). Rare earth element patterns are strongly fractionation and HREE has been high, with Y < 11 ppm and Yb < 1 ppm. They haveenrichment of LREE and depleted concentration of elements Ti, Ta, Nb, Y which indicates the presence of garnet, Titanyminerals and possibly amphibole in the origin of them. These rocks are with strong enrichment of Sr and K and not negative anomaly of Eu. That is related to the lack of plagioclase in the source of rocks. Rocks studied in terms of LREE and LILE elements shows many enriched. It has high potassium (K > 4 %wt), Nb is less than 70 ppm. Potassium such as N and P is a needed element for plants. The light metabolism is reduced by potassium deficiency, Breathing rate increases and carbohydrates reduced eventually. So potassium has very large role in plant nutrition and it will increase the efficiency of nitrogen fertilizers.
