Abstract :
the aim of this study is to assess the comparison of serum protein bound hexode pbh ,
seromuciod proteins sp and protein bound fructose pbf with some biochemical parameters (age ,
hematological parameters , liver functions , lipid profile) in sera target population{61 (chronic hepatitis
b & c) }and( 30 ) healthy subjects. the results indicated that there were a significant increase in the
levels of the serum pbh, sp , pbf , tsp , ast, alt ,alp and tsb in hbv and hcv patients (p < 0.05) in
comparison with healthy subjects and a significant decrease in albumin and lipid profile levels .
finally, there were a positive correlation in serum pbh levels with alt& negative correlation with sp, sp
showed positive correlation with pbf and pbf showed positive correlation with alp.
