Abstract :
The aim of this study was to compare the perfectionism and locus of control in people with blood pressure and healthy people. To this end, 80 subjects (40 patients with hypertension and 40 normal subjects) randomly selected among visitors to the Isfahan health clinics and then responded to the questions of Ahvaz perfectionism test and the Rotterʹs internal/external locus of control scale. After completing the tests, findings were analyzed by using the SPSS software (version 16). Results showed a positive correlation between perfectionism and locus of control scale in patients with hypertension. People with high blood pressure, were high perfectionism and external locus of control and healthy persons compared to those with high blood pressure, were less perfectionism and locus of control source eligible.
