Abstract :
The application of artificial intelligence techniques in various applications of digital image processing and image compression extends the exception to the rule is not so different methods are presented in this regard. The purpose of this paper is a compression and encodes digital images using evolutionary algorithms so that the error rate of the reconstructed image is much less certain. This method is based on the assumption that an image, or to become fully part of the findings in other areas of the image visible. Therefore, instead of expressing all image points, points that are repeated to be used. There are various methods of construction, but compressed data using evolutionary algorithms are a good way of coding an image that self-similarity of the features in the image coding using to.Much time spent on image compression, to find the best domain block for each block is a boundary. This method has been developed using evolutionary genetic algorithms, a large set of domain blocks to find the best block, high-speed seek. Using these methods, the coding time is reduced while quality is maintained.
