Abstract
In order to evaluate the effect of moisture stress and normal condition on yield of soybean (Glycin Max L.) genotypes an experiment was conducted in a randomized complete blocks design in moisture stress and normal condition and two replication in Agricultural College of Guilan university in 2008. The results of correlation coefficient in two condition showed was positive and significant correlations grain yield with majority traits. Stepwise regression analysis for grain yield in two condition showed that the number of seed per plant and 100 seed weight were important characters on grain yield and path analysis on phenotypic correlations showed that the numbers of seeds per plant have highest positive direct effect on grain yield under normal and moisture stress condition.
