Abstract :
Ionic stress is the creator of ion toxicity which causes a large amount of salt enter the plant and it will be damaged. Na+ stress, disrupt K+ uptake by the root cells. Salinity has a negetive effect on nutrient balance (including Fe2+ and Zn2+) in the cell .Salicylic acid was investigated as an internal regulator hormone and its role in dfence mechanisms against living and non living stresses is proven and it has significant effects on different aspects of plant life such as plant growth, photosynthesis, absorption and ion transfer. In this study, first the seeds were grown in pots containing perlite and they were placed in a growth chamber under controlled conditions, temperature of 27 ± 2 Oc and 23 ± 2 Oc, in the light conditions (16h) and dark (8h) respectively, light intensity 15 killo luxury and humidity 75%, and in 5 levels of NaCl concenteration such as 0,25,50,75 and 100 and 4 levels of salicylic acid concenterations such as 0,0/5, 1, 1/5mM was used.Salinity increased leaf and root sodium whereas SA increased sodium in leaf and reduced it in some levels of salinity in root .Salinity reduced root and leaf potassium and SA increased it. Salinity reduced iron content of leaf and root and SA had no significant effect on iron content .increasing of root iron were observed in many levels by SA.Salinity and salicylic acid had no significant effect on leaf and root zinc.
