Abstract :
In todayʹs hyper-competitive and increasingly cost-conscious business environment, making a website findable is critical to its success. Effective website traffic monitoring and benchmarking may lead to better web site strategies, and more competitive micro-firms. In this context, the aim of this article is to validate Plazaʹs Google Analytics e-Metrics for micro-firms. The focus of this article is experimental and features the analysis of a case study.
