Abstract
The present paper is an applied research which aims to investigate the perception of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior of Guilan Education Organizationʹs employees. Here, organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior are considered as independent and dependent variables, respectively. In this research justice variables include procedural, interactional, informational and distributional justice and components of organizational citizenship behavior include altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, civil virtue and curtsy. Two questionnaires (Rego and Cahn and Anwar Khalid) were used here to gather required data. The research population is composed of all administrative employees of Guilan Education Organization. The population size was 1680 individuals of which 230 were selected as samples by two-step cluster sampling. Collecting and analyzing questionnaires by SPSS Software Cronbachʹs Alpha for both questionnaires was estimated to be higher than 0.70. Results of Multiple Regression Analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational justice aspects and organizational citizenship behavior.
