Abstract :
One of the challenges in contemporary in zone of management and organizational behavior is to create and strengthen social capital. Social capital rise from individual trying of people to build trust, relations and cooperation arises. Without social capital, employees will not present to share information and knowledge. This article reviews the relationship of social capital and the learning organizations of Qom University of Medical Sciences are. Morgan statistical tables based on 120 persons from the community, 92 as a sample based on a random sample was selected. Questionnaire for collecting information were used. Data analysis using descriptive statistics and inferential test, Pearson correlation and through SPSS software was performed, showed that the level of 95% between social capital and learning organization relationship there is significant (p = .034).
