Detection potato leaf roll virus in imported potato tubers by class Elite and Super elite A and its distribution at Fereydan, Isfahan Province

ABSTRACT: For detecting and indicating distribution potato leaf rule virus at Fereydoon, Isfahan that is main center to produce and multiply auto country-seedy tubers at 2008-2009, samples were earned by Marfona, Cusima, Agria and Desseire Potato varieties. The samples were located at ice-flask then delivery to laboratories than the percentage existence pollution in the tubers was associated by direct-ELISA and percentage and density of virus were assayed to calculated virus OD by ELISA-reader. So extended virus is certainly laboratorial results indicated the main center that consists of cities. Damaneh, Chadegan and Fereydoonshar have significantly differences between them. In order to high pollution is belonged to Damaneh, then Chadegan and lowest pollution was gathered at Fereydoonshar that 4.1, 0.33, 0.00 respectively. Assaying the varieties responses at complete blank design by four treatment and four replication showed to exist significantly differences among treatments for PLRV at 5% level & the results express Marfona and Agria are sensitive and Cusima and white desire resistant to the virus.
