Investigation Adaptation of Lettuce Varieties in different Date Sowing Climatic Condition

ABSTRACT: This study was carry out for determine and recommending suitable lettuce varieties in point of adaptability in different climatic conditional with Varesh variety ( new improvement lettuce) Ahvazi and advanced Varamin line lettuce with 3 planting date in 2 location with factorial in randomize completely block design for 2 years. In Ahvas cultivated 5/11–20/11-5/12 and in Mazandaran in 22/10-5/11- 20/11 too. Each plot was 4 row 5 meters with 50 distances with row and 20 cm between seedlings. Harvested and analyzed from 2 middle rows. Varesh has great adaptability as well as in Mazandaran and in Ahvaz had more yield than Ahvazi lettuce. Varesh had 39.5 ton/ha yield on 22/10 date in Mazandaran. In Ahvaz, Varesh and Ahvazy lettuce produce 38.40 and 38.82 ton/ha on 5/12 and showed in A group.
