Abstract
ABSTRACT: Present study was conducted to invigorate of the deteriorated rapeseed seeds (exposed to 40?C and 100% RH at 48 and 96 h) by seed priming with KH2PO4 (?0.625 MPa) and CaCl2 (?1.25 MPa) in three rapeseed cultivars (RGS, ‘Hyola 401’ and ‘Pacific’). All priming treatments resulted to vigor enhancement compared to control (except in Germination Uniformity trait). Priming by KH2PO4 was effective than CaCl2 in reducing the electrolyte leakage, MGT and increase in GP, SL, RL, SDW, RDW, SVI, GI, R in aged seeds of all cultivars. The results of this research showed that use of KH2PO4 for priming enhances seed germination and seedling growth of rapeseed under difference aging levels
