Development modeling of presentable services in rural ICT centers in Qom province, Iran.

Abstract:The overall aim of this study was the development modeling of presentable services in rural ICT centers in Qom province, Iran. To achieve this aim, 101 staffs were selected through stratified random sampling. Research methodology applied in this study was a combination of descriptive-analytical and quantitative methods and statistical method included path analysis. To run the appropriate analyses, SPSS software was employed. Regarding the type of presentable services in rural ICT centers in Qom, banking and insurance services such as the transfers and online payment, account report, Internet registration for receiving bank cards and facilities and issuing insurance electronically were the most important things and ranked first. Also, 51% development variance of presentable services in rural ICT centers in Qom is determined through three factors of political-administrative, economical characteristic of the rural areas and the educational, cultural and social centers in village. The most important political-administrative element in development of services in the rural ICT centers should consider reducing tariffs and bureaucracies and the cost of communication in these centers. Bill payment and online registration were the most important economic element. Among the cultural and educational, social centers in villages, the high school were the most important in the development of services in rural ICT centers in Qom.
