Construct validity calculated using factor analysis method and obtained statistically significant (MOK= 0.852). Internal consistency of the questionnaire calculated through Alpha Chronbach and obtained 0.92. Statistical methods in this study included descriptive statistics (frequency indices, mean, standard deviation, tables and diagrams) and inferential statistics (independent t-test, Pearson correlation, multiple regression, one-way analyze of variance (ANOVA), Tukey post hoc test and Hetlinyg T2 testes) that used to data analyzes. Significant level for hypotheses testing considered ?=0.05. Results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between social factors (culture conditions) and the motivation of participants in sport for all-programs and between development sense (feeling of progress) and the motivation of participants in sport for all-programs. There wasn’t find any significant difference between psychological and mental comfort of males and females for participation in sports activities. In addition, the results showed that the most motivational factors of Dezful citizens to participation in sport for all-programs caused by 1- Social interaction motivation, 2- Psychological and mental comfort, 3- Feeling of progress, 4- Environmental factors (facilities, security), 5- Internal factors (internal desires, feelings), 6- Developing in sport skills, 7- Health gain, 8- External factors (opportunities, encourage) and 9- Group or popular exercise respectively. Being aware of the main motivations of participants in public sports, sports managers and the authorities can make proper plans and categorize the requirements and policies which promotion the public awareness from the public activities and sports.
