The relationship between Lean management with organizational performance of Azad University branches in Northern provinces

ABSTRACT: obgective-this study investing at ed the relationship between the lean management and organizational performance of azad university branches in northern provinces. me thod-the statistical population in this study includes alldirectors,deputiesand managers of azad university branches in north of the country(42branches) that total numberis462 people. those in this study randomly by using a table of estimated volume or size (kurjesy and morgan) of 210 subjects were selected for study.the method of data collection in this surveyis researcher made question naire .to assess the relationship between lean management element sand organizational performance two questionnaire were prepared.result-the results were analyzed by multi-variable regression and multiple correlation sin spss software. the result showed meaningful relation between parameters of pure management with organizational performance of islamic azad universitiesʹ branches in the north of iran (p < 0.01).
