Reviewing and comparing psychological disorders of male and female children by cerebral palsy in the age group of 14 to 18 years old at Tehran.

ABSTRACT: The aim of this study is reviewing psychological disorders of male and female children by cerebral palsy in the age group of 14 to 18 years old at Tehran. The samples of study consist of 60 male and female help-needed students that were studied in daily schools depended to Tehran education organization. Selecting of aim society was performed randomly. From list of help-needed schools, those students by cerebral palsy with normal intelligence were selected as sample of study. The whole of samples were consisting of 60 students from 4 schools (2male and 2 female schools).For accessing to mentioned aim, this study has used SCL90 questionnaire that measures 9 psychological items. After data gathering and drawing graphs (descriptive statistic) and by use of dependent T formula in the meaningfulness level of 0.01 and one-way variance, the following data were obtained. In the disorders of (anxiety, psychosis, phobia, paranoid thoughts and aggression, there was not meaningful relationship between males and females, on the other hand we can say that the frequency of mentioned disorders was similar in both groups. On the other word rate of depression and interpersonal sensitivity in male students was more than female students and rate of physical complaints and obsession disorders in female students was more than male students.
