The relationship between Tendency towards organizational entrepreneurship and the sttaf ,s Performance in sport and youth organization

ABSTRACT: entrepreneurship is a very important issue considered in most developed and developing countries. Accordingly , one of the most important of entrepreneurship is organizational entrepreneurship , which undoubtedly has a remarkable role in success and poromotion of organizations. On the other hand, sports and the youth organization as on important and vital infrastructure faces a definite failure in having a successful performance of its mission. Bearing this in mind, it is essential to pay greater attention to this organization as a governmental and non-profiting organization in order to increase entrepreneurship factors in performance and service processes and to spread entrepreneurship culture among staff in this organization, because it developes and flourishes sports and ends in Overall development of a country.Therefore this research tends to measure the correlation between , Tendency towards organizational entrepreneurship and the sttaf ,s Performance in Central office of sport and the youths in West Azarbayjan.The study of all employees of the Office of Youth and Sports Azerbaijani Western Province .All of the employees in the organization are included in the research(N:72),and done randomly.68 questionnaires were analyzable among72.statistical analysis is done based on SPSS 16 and with pearson method. The research showed a significant positive correlation with performance.
