Ethical Decision - Making of sport coaches

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to compare the ethical decision making based on job coaches and the coaching experience. Athletic coaches working in Western and Eastern Azerbaijan province. Sample size of 206 sport coaches was selected. All sport coaches in the study had a history of participation in sport events and sports competitions and various tasks of the teams were working. The data collected from questionnaires to collect demographic information and a questionnaire of 20 questions of ethical decisions in dilemmas Caswell (2003) was used. Reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was 89% in a case study. The results showed no significant difference between the coach (manager, coach, trainer and bodybuilder) and ethical decision-making. Study showed significant difference between the history of coaching and ethical decision-making.
