ABSTRACT: Widespread use of medical information systems and explosive growth of medical databasesrequire traditional manual data analysis to be coupled with methods for efficient computer assistedanalysis. This paper presents data mining survey, selected data mining techniques that can be applied inmedicine, method validation techniques, also application of data mining in medicine.
