Investigation of relationship individual skills of time management with organizational skills among sports manager of universities of MSRT

The aim of this study was to investigate the relation between personal skills and organizational skills in time management of physical education directors in Iranian Universities. All physical education directors and vice directors of universities of Iranian Ministry of Sciences, Researches and Technology (MSRT) considered as statistical population. 120 physical education directors and vice directors were selected from all 60 MSRT universities by accountability sampling method. In order to collecting data questionnaire was used which measured organizational skill in time management and its six dimensions. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods like mean, standard deviation and graphs were used to analyses demographic features. We used inferential statistical methods for testing statistical hypotheses to find that if there was relationship between personal skills in time management and its six dimensions by Spearman cohesion test. In addition, Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-wallis tests were used to find that if there was a different in personal skills and organizational skills with different demographic features. The results show that: There was a significant difference between personal skill in time management and organizational skill factors among physical education directors and personal skill in time management with organizational skill factors like physical education directorsʹ skill of prioritizing goals activities and skill of communication management. - There was not a significant difference between physical education directorsʹ personal skill in time management with other organizational skill factors like goal setting skill, operational programming, delegating and managing meetings and physical education directorsʹ personal skills and organizational skills in time management with their demographic features like sex, marriage status, age, academic status, work and management history.
