Abstract
A facile efficient method for synthesis of 1,3-dihydro-2H-indole-2-one derivatives using reaction of isatin in precence of NaH and methyl ketons under solvent free condition is described. In these reactions, synthesis of 1,3-dihydro-2H-indole-2-one is possible under solvent free condition and without using any catalyst.
