Reducing Waiting Lines in ATM System

The queuing system is a typical problem of discrete event system, and the computer simulation is a quite effective way for solving the queuing problem and analyzing the performances of the queuing system. This paper provides the step of the research of the computer simulation and necessary mathematical algorithm by studying the Single-Sever Model: (FCFS/?/?).
