Abstract :
To design a diagnostic or therapeutic irradiation program, there is a need to estimate the absorbed dose. In this investigation, absorbed dose has been calculated based on Cristy and Ekermanʹs analytical adult phantom, by using Monte Carlo MCNPX2.4.0 code. Absorbed dose has been estimated for five radiopharmaceutical labeled with 99mTc. Then these results have been compared with ICRP Publication 53, Publication 80 and Kemerink et.al.ʹs experimental results.
